Resorts World is getting a bit far up the north side of the strip, near the Wynn and Encore area. If you ever want to see some hilarious content, Vegas Pauly C has some great material and discusses how much he hates Resorts World. The casino also got itself some awful press somewhat recently for not comping a guy a drink who was betting $25,000 per hand in blackjack. Ouch!
But for me, it’s one of my favorite casinos in Vegas for slots. That’s a low bar to be sure, as it’s damn hard to make money in Vegas grinding slots with all the competition. Still, I like the selection of games and the somewhat lower levels of competition as you’d find south on the strip.
I also got comped rooms fairly easily, along with slot play and food vouchers. I like the food options here, and I enjoy the place in general. The slot layout also isn’t like a labyrinth, as it can be at some bigger Vegas spots.
