I got a bit turned around at Bally’s initially, as the layout is confusing if you’re not familiar with it. It extends from one side of the street to the other and has sections all over; it’s kind of labyrinth-like. Entrances and exits appear in unexpected places too.
But who cares…how are the slots? They’re decent. The location is sort of right in between the Monarch-Horseshoe area and Lodge-Ameristar, so I ended up checking out the Bally’s properties quite a bit. It amounted to a lot of walking and some finds, but nothing trip-making.
They do have a fun game called Nuttin’ To It that I rarely come across:
I’d check out the Bally’s location while in Black Hawk, but it wouldn’t be where I’d spend most of my time each day.
