Looking for numbers on “Wild Explosions Getcha Money”
Ah yeah. I remember Cosmo in Vegas had this game at one point. It’s been a long time since I played it, so I don’t know for sure. I’ll ask around and watch some footage later today.
I happened to find these at Treasure Island in Vegas just now. I messaged some friends, and they recommended an active wild on a timer in the first three reels. If you found two in reels four and five, that would be good enough too. It’s preferred when they are in the center of the screen rather than at the top or bottom (like a Star Goddess type of thing).
It’s a quick-hitting type of game (just a few spins usually). I attached a photo of something I’d play. I’ll add this to the list and will get a full write-up next week.
Wild Explosion (Get’cha Gold and Get’cha Money)
I’ll be getting to more common must-hits soon, along with a revamp of Ultimate X Gold.
Best Cruise ? Carnival Royal for playing slots? Or is it machine and ship related? 3 day vs 5 day. I get multiple offers with FP and cruise per month?
Good questions. Let me first post these link here, as it’s come up before:
To more generally try to answer, the “best cruise” is ever-changing. The best cruise is the one with the most advantage play games and the least competition. It’s hard to account for the latter—though I speculated a bit on that in the third link—but there are ways to factor in the former.
My number one piece of advice would be to check YouTube for current videos of the slot room floor for whatever cruise you’re thinking about. Say it’s Norwegian Joy you’re thinking about. You’d type in “Norwegian Joy slot tour videos 2026,” and different versions of that, until you found enough footage. Even “short videos” on Google can be useful.
Once you’ve identified a ship with a number of advantage play games, hope for the best. If it’s you and 10 other people checking games in a small casino—the most I’ve experienced is four others—it’s going to be a rough situation. If you’re the only one, it’ll be hard to have a bad experience.

In the write-up to this game, you say Golden Gecko is nine years old. I’d then guess that Golden Gecko is on the “Own” side of the Rent/Own inventory in casinos where it’s still offered. (If any Geckos are still being rented after nine years, they’ve been paid for at least a dozen times over by now.)
As I mentioned in another post, Rent-vs-Own is not something I give a lot of thought to, but I am aware of it, and the point I’m trying to make is that games owned by a casino can have a long shelf life. And if you do happen to come across a play on an owned game, that game could be your fishing hole for a good long time – like maybe nine years or more.
Good point
