When I was working for a blackjack team in the ’90s as a spotter, the big players would always talk about camouflage. In that context, it was about the big player putting chips on the table as the spotter removed an equal amount of theirs. What about a similar concept here? I still play a fair share of video poker, although it’s very much progressive play now. It seems to get lumped in with all of the slot play, and my action is a lot greater on video poker than on slots, with much more modest gains. I’ve never been backed off or even really had anybody pay attention to me while I’m doing the slot thing, and I get plenty of rewards from all the action I run through the machines (again, mostly video poker). I make more money at slots and still get top-level rewards. Thoughts? Refinements?
