In the write-up to this game, you say Golden Gecko is nine years old. I’d then guess that Golden Gecko is on the “Own” side of the Rent/Own inventory in casinos where it’s still offered. (If any Geckos are still being rented after nine years, they’ve been paid for at least a dozen times over by now.)

As I mentioned in another post, Rent-vs-Own is not something I give a lot of thought to, but I am aware of it, and the point I’m trying to make is that games owned by a casino can have a long shelf life. And if you do happen to come across a play on an owned game, that game could be your fishing hole for a good long time – like maybe nine years or more.
