Is this in an advantage state?
Yes. Strictly speaking, 5000 on the top line is what knowledgeable Spy vs Spy players call “a Biggie”. The rule I have for this game is to add the three meters together and play when the total is 1000 ($10) or more. Your choice as to play for 1 to 5 coins, but I always played for 5 coins just to be safe.
Also notice that Spy vs Spy will alert you when the next spin will add to the current meters. So even if you had a meter that was at the minimum (which I think is 25c or “25” on the BAR line), the next play would be another Biggie
