From what I’m seeing, there’s another game called Bars vs. Sevens that plays the same way as Spy vs. Spy. In the Spy version, you’re looking for a built-up black or white Spy. You then need to land the corresponding colored spy or a wild on the third reel.
You’ll then want to min bet, as Nickels mentioned. You’ll spin until you get the “wrong” spy on the third reel, which will end the play.
It looks like there’s a huge black Spy value in your photo—let me again say I am far from an expert on this game, so take that with a grain of salt—so I would spin the min bet of 50¢ and hope to land that black Spy on the third reel. You’d then continue spinning until you get a white spy on the third reel, which will end the play.
