Updating: We’re going through the finishing touches on the calculator. Big thanks to David for that. Soon, I’ll create individual game entries for some of the more common must-hits out there: Quick Spin Platinum, Coin Kingdom, River Dragons, Eagle Bucks, Triple Golden Panther, etc. Some of these will have some nuance that deviates a bit from what the calculator recommends, and I’ll make that clear in the entries.
I am also getting quite a bit of help on my existing Ultimate X Gold write-up—I will name who’s helping me when it’s up to snuff. Currently, what I have is far from what the finished product will look like, but it should give you a very rough idea of what to look for in some situations. This is by far the most complex game I’ve ever tried to cover. It makes Bonus Builder look like child’s play.
Otherwise, I’ll add a few non-must-hit games to the website between now and Aug. 19. Nothing that groundbreaking or anything, as I can’t think of any important games I’m missing at this point.
While in Vegas, between drinking and partaking in a live fantasy football draft with some friends, I’ll be scouting new games for the site. I may also be on a podcast with Anthony Curtis and Andrew Hunt from the Las Vegas Advisor. I will be wearing sunglasses and a hat, as, believe it or not, it’s not seen as a positive to divulge slot secrets, even if plenty of people know about some of this at this point.
Oh, I also have a few fun blog topics I’ll cover before the 19th. One will be on how to play slot tournaments. (There’s not a whole lot that goes into this, but I’ll give at least one pointer.)
Last thing: I still want to get something going on listing games by popularity. Even a blog entry might end up being the spot for this. It won’t take me long, and this could be useful. As in, you’re almost never going to see Little Green Men 3D, but you’ll see Phoenix Link (regretably) all the time. It would be handy to have a chart of sorts that separates the common games from the rare ones. That way, if you don’t feel like reading 250-plus entries, you can focus your attention on the slots you’ll actually see out there with regularity.
