This is one of five videos from Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas. I am going to use the same intro post here for all of them. There are Terminals A, B, C, D, and E that I scouted for AP slots in 2025.

Is it worth getting to the airport six-plus hours early to try to pillage the AP slots? Sadly, Iโ€™d say no. At one point a few years ago, it was kind of a hidden gem. Iโ€™d get there 10 hours early sometimes and make at least $1,000 over that span.

This video was shot in 2025, but Iโ€™d be surprised if much has changed to make it better. There arenโ€™t many AP machines, and the ones they have arenโ€™t great. Of course, thereโ€™s also no airport players cardโ€”wouldnโ€™t that be something if they had oneโ€”so if youโ€™re spinning on a longer-run machine, youโ€™re not getting any credit for it.

Further, the RTP (the percentage the average machine returns to the player) in the airport is set noticeably lower than anywhere else youโ€™re likely to travel. I donโ€™t know the exact RTP setting, but I can certainly feel it when Iโ€™m playing.

Things can always change in AP slots, as machines are brought in and out all the time. The airport used to have high-end machines such as Regal Riches and Power Push. Those are long goneโ€ฆhow sad. But hey, if things ever improve on this front next time Iโ€™m at the Las Vegas Airport, Iโ€™ll update this post.
