For Buffalo Instant Hit, the game comes preloaded with a wheel bonus in the fifth reel, but that’s it. It’s a low-edge game anyway, so if I didn’t see two wheel bonuses in the fourth column, I wouldn’t bother with it.  Agreed, but all the games used to show a wheel bonus in the 4th column on many occasions- with the rare 2 wheels.  But when the 4th columns now show no bonus reels, there’s been a change made to the machines.

I know of one guy, Jay Fructose, who has an app where it sounds like you can scan certain screens, and the app will tell you if it’s profitable (according to him). I’d guess that’s what these guys were doing. However, I can’t think of a better (worse?) way to stand out in a casino.  What I was trying to point out here is that the folks using their phones were on-line with someone else who seemed to be calling the shots.  They would hold up their phones, I assume, to show their “boss” how the games were progressing – (and if they were playable).  Most folks don’t hold their phone up to “show” the action the entire time they are playing like these young folks were doing…
